TOCCOA, Ga. – The 18th ranked Nova Southeastern Sharks Women's Golf team played the first two rounds of the Ralph Hayes Toyota D2 Elite Invitational on Monday at the Currahee Golf Course. The Sharks (+18/298/296) sit in seventh place, while
Haruka Muta (21st/+2/73/73) and Maria Torres (25th/+4/76/72) are inside the top-25.

RESULTS
- Haruka Muta totaled four birdies in her opening round, in addition to 10 pars, shooting a 73.
- Muta tallied three birdies in the second round and closed the day by recording six straight pars.
- Ariana Carvalho shot a bogey-free back-nine and finished the first round with a 73, tallying three birdies.
- Carvalho shot six-over in the second round,
- Maria Torres settled into the round following a birdie on 12, and recorded seven consecutive pars, finishing the opening round at four-over.
- Torres followed with an even-par in the second round, totaling three birdies and 12 pars.
- Mei Chan totaled four birdies in the opening round and finished it with a 76.
- Chan added two birdies but finished the day by shooting 12-over in the second round.
- Ida Lundh totaled 11 pars in her opening round, finishing with a 79.
- Lundh jumped 17 spots up the leaderboard in the second round, totaling three birdies and finished the day with a 73.
